IGL Coatings welcomes MYHWIE Corp., Ltd. Exclusive Master Distributor in Taiwan

Kuala Lumpur, 5 March 2026 — IGL Coatings today announced the appointment of MYHWIE Corp., Ltd. (“IGL Taiwan”) as its Exclusive Master Distributor for Taiwan, marking a new chapter in the brand’s Asia-Pacific domination.
Under the appointment, IGL Taiwan will be responsible for the distribution, brand development, and technical support of IGL Coatings’ full range of professional surface protection solutions in the Taiwanese market.
Taiwan is recognised as one of Asia’s most mature automotive markets, characterised by high vehicle density, strong consumer awareness of vehicle care, and a well-established professional detailing ecosystem. The appointment of IGL Taiwan reflects IGL’s strategic focus on strengthening its presence in markets where demand for premium, technology-driven coating solutions continues to grow.
The partnership was formalised during a recent visit to Taiwan by IGL Coatings Managing Director and Founder, Keong Chun Chieh through the official signing ceremony. Keong warmly welcomed the IGL Taiwan team into the IGL Global Network.
During the ceremony, Keong shared, “We are very excited to collaborate with IGL Taiwan. The team possesses deep market insight and a well-established local distribution network in Taiwan. IGL Taiwan was established in 2022 and is supported by a strong technical foundation led by Mr. Lin, founder of Shuang Zhe Auto Coating, who serves as Technical Director. With years of experience in the automotive detailing and coating industry, the team has built a comprehensive customer service system, robust technical training capabilities, and long-term partnerships with professional detailing centers across Taiwan.
