Beauty aficionados of Chriszen can look forward to adding the new range of eco-friendly premium 75% alcohol-based surface sanitizers produced by IGL Coatings to their collection.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Mandy Leong, the founder of Chriszen began offering ARTG hand sanitizers to her network. The good response encouraged her to expand Chriszen’s range of sanitization products and also diversify Chriszen’s portfolio to include medical supplies, personal care, and cleaning products on top of her existing cosmetic and skincare range.

Mandy connected with Keong Chun Chieh, CEO and founder of IGL Coatings after their recent launch of ecoclean pure. “This hard surface sanitizer produced in collaboration with IGL Coatings aims to complement the self-care series and boost revenue streams”, explained Mandy.

IGL Coatings, the green nano-technology coatings and cleaning experts, responded to the coronavirus pandemic with its alcohol-based surface sanitizer. The increase in demand for reliable, safe surface sanitizers surged as the market prepared for the pandemic. Keong focused on supplying and exporting ecoclean pure to its international network of distributors. An important task as most were already facing shortages of sanitizers worldwide.

IGL’s expertise is in the automotive aftermarket.  Their new line of sanitization products in the personal and home care industry is new. “We’re virtually unknown in the female self-care market. Our main target audience has always been male,” joked Keong. “It’s a surprise that the majority of customers for our disinfectants were female. Probably because they prioritize the eco-friendly and safe aspect of our products for their families,”  Keong explained. As such, Keong looks forward to the collaborative efforts between IGL Coatings and Chriszen to expand their reach into different segments.
